application is crucial for the organization, so if this is not fixed,
and soon, we will have to ditch Samba and move to a windows server.

I managed to set up samba 3.0 with an ldap password backend. I use it as a PDC
with windows 2000 clients. My question is can samba automatically log off
users on the client machines? I've tried setting the kickoff/logoff time
attribute in the ldap database but all it does is expire the

INSTALLATION: I have 3 PCs.
- One is a windows 2000 PC with the printer connected to it
- One is a redhat machine
- One is a Suse 9.0 machine.
