[Samba] ads_connect:operations error(problem connecting to active directory)

Hi Everyone After configuring my samba configuration files when I try connecting to active directory domain it gives an error like this. Utils/net_ads.c:ads_startup(289) Ads_connect: operations error Please help me in locating the place where I am making a mistake. Thanks Abhishek

Title: revalidate doesnt work, swat homepage doesnt come up In my smb.conf file , I tried to specify revalidate=yes in the homes section. When I run testparms, it doesnt accept it. There seems to be no parameter like that. I working with samba 2.2 on sun os 5. I basically want windows

[Samba] Installation problem with samba-2.2.5

Hi , I am trying to install samba 2.2.5 on my solaris box. It fails in the very first step ..samba/source/./configure ...saying that cc or gcc is not able to produce the executables. I have gcc 3.0.4 and cc on my Path. Can anyone please helpme out. Thanks Abhishek -- To unsubscribe from
