Hi,
I have two samba domains. On one member of DOMAIN1 I set up a share intranet
with
valid users = +DOMAIN1+webmaster +DOMAIN2+TestGroup
Winbindd is running. When I try to access the share from a DOMAIN2 workstation
permission is denied. When I look at the logfile, I see that the server
to the share.

since samba 3.4 we have the problem, that printer options, preconfigured by
the admin (number of paper trays, output etc.), are not available for normal
users. They only see the default settings. Domain Admins and users with
SePrintOperatorPrivilege doesn't have this problem.

The client open the printer dialog and it takes a long time (up to 1 minute)

on my member server I only see the mapped GID through winbind on my
filesystem. Owner are displayed fine. Only the group isnt resolved. Access is
possible because the GIDs are fine.
Example:
