You can have one and only one group mapping to a unix group. Get rid of
the mapping to Administrators and leave only Domain Admins mapped.

Without seeing the error you're getting or the samba logs it's pretty
tough to say. I can think of several different failure modes you could
be seeing.

Nope, it's not Samba's choice. Windows encrypts the password before it
sends it, then Samba just has to deal with what it sends.

come looking, and then proceed to close that connection thereby
disconnecting the user.
