screen 4.0.2 on solaris swallows 'kbo' -- why ?

Hello I do a lot of cut and paste between my screen windows and realized that screen swallows the sequence k b o (without spaces in between them) Can anybody explaining why ? It is screen because it does not happen when I am outside of screen (I tested it). I am using screen 4.0.2 on
