My internal modem LT Win Modem of Dell I8000 works fine with Win2K but I could
not make it work for linux despite I've read several time from modem-howto.
Are there any simple ways or tools can be used to configure the modem?

The vim 6.0z does not work properly in RH 7.1. The auto indent does not work
(no indent after {), the cursor shape cannot be changed in insert mode. As
