Hi,
it seems to me that RDFIO [1] only can import String properties. Is there a
way to come around this issue, in order to also import text properties?

Hello,
If I understand correctly, SMW allows two ways to use external RDF
(exemplified):
- [[equivalent URI::http://www.w3.org/People/Berners-Lee/card#i]] which
works on both properties and individuals, and which defines owl:sameAs,
owl:equivalentObjectProperty, and
Hello,
I would like to add Inline Editing functionality to SMW, so that users can
edit values of properties directly when clicking on them.
One way to this would be to have some RDFa surrounding the annotations so
that after a user has changed the embedded html, a script in the back would
know
Thanks for your answers.
I like RDFIO's behavior of just importing the RDF, without adding SMW
specific elements (e.g. categories, redirects etc.). My goal is it to import
any RDF (RDF(S), OWL) and then run through it with a bot to set up the look
and feel.
However, I see some problems with
Hi,
Great idea.
Maybe, it would be good to have a small introduction to the way SMW is
integrated into MW, answering questions like
* When does SMW come into play if MW is run?
* What hooks are used?
* What parsers are extended?
* What globals are needed?
Best,
Benedikt

Hi Sagie,
Thanks for your interest in Inline Editing extension for MW/SMW.
I'd say the status is a set of great but independent efforts dealing with
parts of the actual goal we have in mind:
1) Inline editing of text in MediaWiki (MW)
2) Inline editing of markup, from simple bold text and links
Hi,
Is there a reason that the RDF export does not include the page's
unstructured content? Couldn't this be included in a new property, e.g.,
swivt:pagecontent [1] as pure text? This way, the RDF export could be one
way to migrate a wiki's content to another wiki.
Best,
Benedikt
