Hello all,

For report purposes we are trying to add a new Status called Duplicate. Here is 
the context. When a duplicate ticket created we don't want it to show in the 
reports. So I added a Duplicated status but SCSM still sees it has Open status. 
Is it possible to the Duplicate status but to have the ticket considered as 
closed/Duplicate so that it doesn't show up any  Open or Close reports.
