SD Reliant Automatic / Shelby?

Does anyone know if the Automatic Tranny from an '83 Reliant will fit an '83 Rampage Turbo Conversion? Also what transmission should this be in an '83 Reliant? I understand there should be a 6 bolt flex plate. I assume I will be able to obtain an 8 bolt flex plate and this should be all I need?

My first 2.2 car was an 83 Omni, that I GLH'd, using a carb'd HO engine and 5 speed (3.87). It came with chrome mirrors, chrome bumpers, and chrome down the side of the car, and in many other places. Neil V. Emiro

SD Shelby Charger Won't Start - Code 43

turn key on and see if the fuel pumps starts. If the pump dies or a low fuel condition. The fusable link will blow. When it does it cuts all power to the coil and fuel pump. The green wire on the coil is the pos on the fuel pump. You can check it for power too. Rob Date: Sun, 7 Nov 2004
