Take a look at the Fiero mesh wheels.
They are 5 on 100 mm bolt pattern so this will require the 5 bolt
conversion.
They bolt up to the minivan hubs fine with a bit of grinding on the
calipers.
This gets you a 7 inch wheel in a 15 inch diameter and several upgrade
paths for brakes.
If you are interested in aftermarket take a look a tthe Rota Slipstreams.
They are a cheap light wheel that you can get more of if you bust one. I
peronsally went with another wheel and they are now discontinued so I am
sorry that I did. Also it isn't a bad idea ot order 5 rims so you
