I'm getting off-topic here, but I suspect WarpVision can only be
used to play DivX avi files, not real DVD films. At least this is
true for the version I have here (0.0.12).
Download the latest (gui or cli) from http://www.laemmlin.net/mirror/
They both can play DVD.
