imiho, mailing list discussion has raised issues that are not really
going to benefit from a voice call or f2f. the authors need to think

There were sufficient indications of continued interest in this draft, so the
draft will continue to be an active draft.
There was more than one volunteer to help with the draft. Benno is a part of
the RIPE community that has used RPSL for a long time, and the chairs have
accepted his offer
The draft draft-ietf-sidr-bogons has not seen progress since 2009 and the
authors have not indicated interest in pursuing this.
This draft is now marked as dead in the datatracker.
