I believe that any cans containing tomatoes are coated on the inside. Also, canned tomatoes are vine ripened - as opposed to most tomatoes you buy which are picked somewhat green so they stand up to the handling. While enzymes may be lost, minerals are not lost. You can do worse than canned

This is very interesting Dan. I used to take the sublingual type but as I said, it seemed to give me the 'restless leg' type syndrome. Maybe I took it too early perhaps? I did have trouble sleeping which is why I took it in the first place, but it is well worth considering taking it again. Dee

I have tried it with 1/4 to 1/2 tablet (broken off a 3mg pill). I break it up with my teeth and then let it dissolve under my tongue for a while. When I use it I usually do this about 20 minutes before bed and it is quite effective. Taking the whole pill doesn't seem to work much better, more
