That starter is NOT real Kefir. Mostly its just a way to get you
sucked into buying their products.Real Kefir is made with grains,
that multiply.The starter is only good for a few batches then you

around 10-15 minutes.

Right, I could do that. I was imagining the whole basin filled with CS which

So, I want to give my kids CS. Both as a preventative and if they get some

I use CS or rather EIS mixed with 20-50% DMSO to remove moles.
Moles and skin tags are Human Papilloma Virus. Compressing is
best but even occasional spraying every other day has made some
turn black and fall off.
