When I use the nebulizer, I always use CS plus DMSO added. The earlier one I had was a normal nebulizer. I would fill the little container for medication with about 10 mil and would add about 4-8 drops of DMSO. I have an ultrasonic nebulizer which I use now. Not sure if the little space is equal
