I have found just using IS(Ionic Silver)/CS(Colloidal Silver) in the nebulizer works just fine in knocking out cold/flu. MSM in the lungs could be a problem, as where IS/CS wont cause any issues. Just be careful of the die-off rate if there is an infection! You can get flu-like symptoms from
