Well, Marlene is a legitimate member of the list, so she's probably
suffered a malware intrusion of some sort. Looking at the source code of
the message, the only tell-tale is the multiple recipients. It looks
like they're spamming this to her address book.

Dr. Wilson's page on yin/yang that Carol kindly posted, and it's hard to
reconcile a lot of it with what I'm understanding about what's healthy
