I'm sure after reading everywhere with transdermal Mg saying how poorly
absorbed it was, I found that it's actually about 40% orally, which compared
to most things sounds pretty good to me.
I have a friend that's in that trap of taking a tablet for blood pressure,

anyone explain, then why it is used for kidney
stones? It would seem to lower the amount of water in the urinary tract and
thus contribute to the stones.
Thanks.

I would be very curious to know if all those things that clear kidney stones
aren't unusually high in Magnesium. Enough magnesium to match the calcium
should do the trick. Also Vit B6 reduces oxylytic acid, which otherwise
combines with calcium to produce calcium oxalate, which is present in
As I read that I thought about the acetone used as nail polish remover.
That must be drying to the nail and may present an opportunity for

Hi MaryAnn,
For me it doesn't
We recently had one of our customers say that they used MMS2 in a footbath
to rid themselves of a toe fungus that had been bothering him for decades.
This had never occurred to me. For external use it should be okay to use
standard pool shock as a cheap treatment. I have no personal experience
I had several bottles I put to one side because they were slightly yellow.
I put a little H2O2 in one of them, but nothing happened. Then about 2
weeks later I noticed that it had suddenly gone clear. I still have some
other yellow bottles, so could try adding a little H2O2 to those to see if

it says MSM is a strong antioxidant . It also says a bit about

MSM is known to dissolve in many organic and inorganic compounds (1). Bound

I make my own Lugols from Iodine and Potassium Iodine. I have it in a clear

assumed this was a UV issue and should be in dark glass or even kept away

It's mainly an enzyme called P450 that it knocks out.
I just did a google and found this:

There's a partial list of drugs it affects on there. From the look of it,
it may be a bit more complicated than just the single enzyme

From what I've read (on Orthomolecular), they speculated that low dose C and
high dose C differed as it was only on High doses of C that they observed
the H2O2 effect. They also found that Lipoic Acid 'recycled' the C, and
other anti-oxidants (glutathione, CoQ10, E) so the levels remained higher
That may not be entirely without merit. The thing about Vitamin C (which I
am a huge fan of) is that it behaves differently in small doses to large
doses. It is speculated that in small doses a cancer can use its
anti-oxidant properties to protect itself. In large doses, when it becomes

I would go for ascorbate every time, since as I understand it, that is what
humans cannot produce themselves (unlike the vast majority of mammals).
Specifically I would go for a Liposomal version, as it's absorbtion rate is
so high compared to regular supplementation, and doesn't have bowel

Is there anyone on the list in the USA that has the ability to make EIS on a

I would imagine if the starting water is pure, and the silver is pure, it's
probably silver oxide. If you're using a bubbler with normal air, then the

Sure, and quite right of you too. There's so much BS, disinformation and

Isn't that a yeast(fungi) rather than a bacteria?

Yes, it would appear so for wine vinegar. I don't know anything about this

comfortably under that kind of threshold.
