My dog unfortunately had to go on abx for his skin infection. (already been

Hi Robb,
I usually do use a stirrer. At least that is what ode coyote told me the
inverted funnel that comes with the generator is for and it makes higher

I don't turn the gen. off manually, I let it brew and shut itself off per
manufacterers instructions. I am trying it now without the
Mike,
When I use the inverted funnel with the Silverpuppy, I do end up with a
slight straw color and especially the brewing jar will turn quite yellow
after many repeated uses because I do not clean it out, just simply pour out
the completed cs and pour in clean DW to brew another batch. I am
I posted this on another list so sorry if this is redundant to those who are

I have a Silverpuppy gen. and I have been adding 32 drops of H202 to each
quart (32 oz) and the resulting brew is somewhat milky/cloudy/clear if that
makes sense. I have tried adding more H202 but the
Does anyone know for sure whether it is fine to drink CS while on a course

I was able to obtain DMSO from a local feed store-16 oz for around $4.00. I
am familiar with DMSO, having had a bottle around in the past.
I mixed around 10-20 % DMSO to CS to spray on my dog with the bacterial skin

And now the dog has dragon breath and I am wondering if I can get by
Can I put CS water in a humidifier? I have long tried to think of some kind
of anti-bacterial/mold agent to put in the water that would be ok to be
disbursed into the air. If so, what concentration and if not, what else can
I use?

No, I would just like something that keeps the filter clean. I can keep the
tank clean enough by wiping it down with vinegar solution but the paper
looking filter is another matter. Maybe there is something more economical
to put in the water other than CS?

Hi Garnet,
I have searched the Archives to the extent that my lousy dial-up has

sometimes it seems those questions are still not answered. I could try

So what is the consensus? To use DMSO or H202 internally in combination with

sol,
This is exactly what I would like to know (not referring specifically to ode

What kind of dosages do individual people take and why and what has it
helped? One person on this list who has helped me privately says CS
definitely works but give it time as it can work slowly but
Well I think I am figuring out what is going on with Lucky (now that y'all
are bored to tears). In April I put him on a relatively new supplement
called Biosuperfood. It is pretty darn revolutionary. Well I think it is
kicking his butt, therefore his skin is on the rampage. When I saw the CS

Hi Garnet,
Thank you for that info. There is always a possibility that there is an
intolerance to the product itself, I don't think that is the case but I will
keep my mind open.
I am very aware of the fillers/binders in a lot of supplements, not to
mention that they are made of petro-chemicals,
Since getting my generator I have made about 4 quarts CS.
I have 2 different brands of true DW. One that I made a batch from yesterday
and today. Yesterdays batch I transferred into a amber glass bottle that a
friend had sent me (her home brewed CS) and I have had previous batches of
my CS in it.
Thank you Garnet,
That helps a lot. I will get the Kleenex tissues, more convenient too. Right

I guess I was worried about herxing. I know animals certainly do herx and

a dog with his life-long condition and his age, probably should get straight
CS as his drinking water. I have no problem giving him at
Is it really more effective to use DMSO for topical CS use?
Say I have a cup of CS..what is the least amount of DMSO I can add to be

Yes it is the good stuff. I went through a bottle of home generated that a

Hi Nina,
Thanks for your reply.
I do give this dog Transfer Factor, have given him Colostrum/Moducare,

He is the poster child for holistic care--not vacced, raw fed, all my $$ for
supplements gladly go to him.

Thank you Himagain,
This dog is an Akita. A purebred. Someone obviously did not want him as he
was dumped when he was a puppy, probably a breeder realizing he had a
time-bomb on his hands. I took him in at 3 months old (11 at night, pouring
down-rain, a pup shows up in our yard). He is my first
Wow,
Thank you ever so much, Mike.
I will never stop the CS with him, even if he ends up on abx which I will
make a herculean effort to avoid. Like I said, he is a senior and it is
quality of life now, although I am going for quantity with everything in me,
I love my little buddy.

Since I am using Gatorade with CS as a way of enhancing it's effect, I was
concerned about Gatorade's ingredients and was somewhat chastized by another
listmate (on another silver list) for using Gatorade because of it's
ingredients, and rightly so...I do agree with him although I wasn't sweating
My generator will arrive tomorrow and I found an old 1 quart pickle jar with

I washed it thoroughly, boiled it in (tap) water for 10 minutes and then
rinsed with distilled.
Is this ok?

his skin will start taming down. When I get my generator, I will certainly
I sprayed some CS on one of Lucky's spots and then we went for a long walk,
he didn't seem bothered at all. I just checked on him and he had been biting
the area and it seems worse now---ACK!
I sure hope when I start making my own and spraying him down in earnest it
doesn't make it worse.
Holy Cow, Nancy,
Poor dog! I hope it is better now! Do you give it to him internally also??
I think Lucky made his spot worse by chewing because I had sprayed CS on it,
I don't think the CS made it worse. I will get some DMSO and add it to the
spray.
I know strong cool black tea also helps hot

Nancy,
Could I ask how much CS you take daily and how much H202 you add to the
water?
Where do you get the H202, the kind you buy in the drugstore has

add to each CS dose?
Thanks so much :)

Thank you Sol,
That is what I am going to do (topically). He has sebaceous adenitis, an
autoimmune condition that attacks his sebaceous glands, common in Akita dogs

nasty situations. Lucky's is widespread staph. Most
