Thanks, Tricia, for your tips for which magnesium brand you take. I'll have to try it. :D BTW, due to Hashimoto's, I get a lot of heart palpitations and that is always a sign of magnesium deficiency. I know sometimes it takes as long as 3 months for the nutrient to reach deep into our organs. Magnesium is easily lost through sweating, stress, acidic food, etc.
