Ive done several batches in the last couple of days ... setting 3, standard speed, all are testing consistently at 5ppm ... bottom of the jar is crystal clear and clean and its only taking about 2 hours per batch. jan

I understand the concept of the thermometer/temperature, and Im a graphic artist, so I understand resolution in regard to pixels ... etc ... but Im NEW to brewing CS ... so I need to learn the lingo ( uS ?? ) ... but I do understand what you are saying about the limitations of the testers
