No. I strain it if it's water I've collected myself in buckets.
Also, I only like to drink it if it's been boiled.
Most of the time I get it from a friend's place. Recently with heavy
rains I've just caught it in buckets from the overflow in a particular

One suppposes that rainwater, wellwater and stream water would be free,
if you can access it. Maybe this lady lives in the city and is only
familiar with tap water.

also prescribed a fluoride mouthwash and fluoride salve to reduce bleeding
when they clean my teeth. I am on the 9th day of Brooks periodontal protocol

I've always refused any fluoride. Last year I went to a new dentist -
was bundled in to a particular woman at my appointment, as the man I
was booked in to see had bought his own practice in Sydney and left
town. I was given a check-up and clean. She mumbled something I didn't
catch, and
I believe so.
Incidentally, where the writer lists methods that don't remove fluoride,
I take that to mean they are ineffectual rather than desirable.

According to a 2008 University of Nebraska guide, reverse osmosis can

It's better to start with rain water with any water filtration, as it's
more alive and it contains far less pollutants than tap water.
rainwaterharvest...@yahoogroups.com has a lot of good info for setting up a
rain water collection system.
There has been plenty written in the past about the link between
Fluoridated water and arthritis, and the reasons behind it.
I thought I was all right; I used Reverse Osmosis water for years. About
30 years. Nice water, probably germ free.
Only recently did I read somewhere that RO water
Do you filter the rain water ? Do you also drink rain water? I am thinking
of the chem trails as well as radiation. I am dehydrated and I have
increased my water drinking; buying some out of machine and lately just
boiling water which seems to make a little improvement for the day.
Thanks.
How do you get enough rain water to drink?

I use a Berkey water filter. There is an add-on flouride filter that's
pretty affordable. My puppies also get the benefit of drinking affordable
filtered water.

Why would you use an add-on fluoride filter if you are trying to get rid of
fluoride?
Thanks.
