I dilute mine. I use 1 part CS with 3 parts distilled water. It will
still sting sometimes, but you could dilute it even more, if need be.

Hi all. It has been discussed here, I'm sure -- that administering CS to
sinuses already inflamed and/or infected can cause great discomfort. Someone
posted that adding something directly before application can mitigate that. I
think it might have been salt -- does anyone recall?

salt was highly recommended.
