I think it was that and/or silica that helped me, though I fell badly by

gelatin like Knox - dilute same in warm water and drink it either alone or in
juice - your nails will immediately show a response - what could be easier or

The Fibromyalgia Dr Armand noticed that many of the women coming to him
had well tended nails - false ones, which they wore because their nails
cracked and flaked and split. He would generally put them on
guaifenesin, which is reckoned to sort out
