When one of the wires is gone! Actually, before that
happens, one or both wires will get so thin it will
break while putting it in or taking it out.
I save my short pieces and twist them around each
other to make a longer, usable piece.

I just joined the list last night and really enjoy reading all the
information here. I wonder how you go about finding or buying the silver
wires needed for making the CS. Also how long can one expect to be able
to use them before they need replacing?
