Hi gang, I've been busy for a couple of weeks and haven't contributed much. I'd like to answer a few remarks I've seen, from John among others, that touch on just what is or is not welcome on the Silver List...
*** Any health related question is welcome. You don't have to worry if it might not have anything directly to do with CS. *** Any relevant answers to such questions are also welcome, whether or not they have anything to do with colloidal silver. *** Non-CS related topics should end or migrate elsewhere once the basics are covered and important resources given -- so everybody's curiosity is satisfied and people can continue research on their own. *** Occasional alerts relating to laws, regulations, or other politcal or economic issues having direct impact on alternative health on a broad scale, or CS in particular, are okay, too. *** Limited discussions of such items, like the current threads on Codex, are okay as long as we steer clear of partisan politics or items of political philosophy that are most likely to cause arguments. *** I'm pleased to see a modest level of chit-chat, humor, sharing of experiences, or other things of interest that contribute to keeping the list a welcoming, sociable place. When the list is as quiet as it is right now, I'm not going to crack the whip too much to keep things strictly on topic. It can freewheel, as long as the discussion is helpful and serves the needs of the members. As we get busier again, then I hope all of you will tighten up more on your own participation to avoid overwhelming people. As always, blatant commercialism, self-promotion, and marketing activity is verboten unless approved in advance by me. If you think something you'd like to say risks being interpreted that way, drop me a line and ask. We also steer clear of is anything beyond passing, minor references to religion, spirituality, esotericism, and other nebulous subjects that either offend or frighten those not similarly enthused about them. No, you don't have to hide your faith/philosophy/beliefs totally, but refrain from overt evangelism or comments likely to devolve into arguments. An occasional "God Bless" or a bible reference in your signature file are just fine!! I hope that helps. You're a great crew. Many fine people have been and are involved in this community. I value you as my friends.
