Hi Gladys, for quite some time now I've been mixing 1600mil of distilled water
with 16 tablespoons of magnesium chloride and spraying it on my legs almost
several times a week. At this strength I find I can barely detect any stinging
so have no problems with this strength of mixture. I guess
