I had something similar and I don't wear a diaper. It just kept

bath in Epsom
salt and hydrogen
Sometimes they can be sensitive to urine. My son was. What about CS

Could be the diapers?
Diaper rash cream with zinc oxide? need like 20% zinc oxide.
Had a bad rash on the top of my hands, nothing seemed to work, tried some
tree tea oil (diluted) gone in 2 days.
