www.swansonvitamins.com has the best price. Tropical Traditions has a lot
of info on coconut oil. They also sell a cheap booklet on co. High prices
though, they frequently have BOGO but even that is still high.

Hi All,
thought I would put my 2 cents into this discussion.
I just tried a new coconut 'milk' I picked up at the supermarket last week.
I thought it would taste like coconuts, but was quite surprised to
find that there was virtually NO taste of coconut whatsoever.
I used it in my hot chocolate

You shouldn't give up butter because it is a very healthy fat and contains a

I agree about the palm oil. But.. I was giving you the article in

I use expeller coconut oil (from tropical traditions). The coconut smell

coconut-flavored fries, coconut-flavored chicken, etc.?

Nope. I stopped cooking with it for that reason. I use it as a skin
moisturizer now. If I could find some that had no taste/smell I would cook
with it.

That's been my problem too. I like the flavor in some things, but not in items
that haven't traditionally had it. I wish there was a tasteless variety that
retained the healthful qualities of the virgin CO but I haven't found it.
