My wife has found that supplementing with Vitamin D3 (about 3000 IU,
for her) makes a huge difference in her tendency for depression. It
is a cheap thing to try. And you probably need to supplement anyway,

I tend to go to the heart of the matter. I've done research for over a year
and a half on thyroid/adrenal problems. I feel that addressing hormonal
