CS>Re: unsubscribe tool

2017-05-28 Thread Evan Jones
UNSUBSCRIBE has not worked for years. It returns an "email address not
found" error.

Re: CS>To unsubscribe

2017-05-25 Thread Tony Moody
Thanks Dave,

I was not aware of a different email address for Silver Digest .
Thanks .
I have copied your email direct to John Freese.

I think a new problem is that Iphones and such, add attachments which causing
'blank' emails to
be full of guff.

OK,
Tony

Hallo Dave,

No!! Please Do Not Blitz anyone.
The 'unsubscriber' is irked enough as it is.
Also it seems there is a lack of 'read, understand and act accordingly'

Also. The trouble will be that people will report Silver List as spam and get
us on to Black Lists
around the world.

OK,
Tony

Well stated, Tony.

It is important to leave the body of the email blank, and not have anything
added on by your
phone or provider.

Maybe we should set up a 'Denial of Ignorance' attack whenever anyone sends a
'Help, I can't
unsubscribe' message,
where 20 or 30 people blitz the list with a copy of your post...
