First, just had a dentist appointment for a cleaning and the hygienist
was amazed at how little cleaning our teeth needed this time. We've
been rinsing with CS for the last few months. :)
Also, we both are recovering from the flu. We rarely get sick anymore
but I have always had sinus problems so regularly use a nettie pot.
Since this flu was causing a lot of sinus and throat irritation, I
started using CS with salt mixed in just before use in the nettie pot as
well as gargling with CS. Sore throat gone and sinus back to more or
less normal levels of clog.
Wish I'd found the Silver Puppy long ago!
