Ive got a hacked version of 1.1 (2006-10-2) running on native Vista with SUA utilities, running as a mixed-mode Windows EXE and POSIX executable. It uses the Windows pcap libraries and a POSIX build of SSL. I had to hack the pcap-send to not use raw mode as Vista doesn't send UDP headers even
