I don't know why the download doesn't work, but you can get these files by
using -sd option in sipp, for example:
sipp -sd uac uac.xml
This will dump the default uac scenario to file uac.xml. Of course, you
need to have sipp installed to do this.

We are having some problems with long SIP IP packets that are being

different things. In most cases you only get TCP segmentation and it doesn't
use the more-fragments flag.
IP fragmentation happens if the sender doesn't know the MTU and it sends a
