RUNNING.txt Errata continued Back at it again, with no success. I decided to eliminate the potential for my error induced through trials, by reinstalling Tomcat, verifying Tomcat with the Tomcat Administrator and Manager applications, then repeating the RUNNING.txt instructions. This time
