I never worked with 4.0, so there is nothing 4.1 resolved for me. It
just worked. Just try it, you can install it and let it run in half an
hour.

Yes, I don't think we need an IoC framework at this point, at least OJB
doesn't require it. If it is ok I can take a look at OJB and at least
determine how much work it's required, maybe get started setting up the
build system and the beginnings of the code.
