I have been receiving a lot of spam with a foreign language - it looks like
german.
Sniffer it not picking it up as spam. What adjustments can I make to
sniffer?

It is indeed german. Germany is also a large spam market, I'm getting some
of those messages too. They mainly spam at .de adresses, but sometimes they
send it to domains from other countries.
