Support from hosting providers?
Well... Red Hat is still dominant in hosting (that is, general-purpose
managed/unmanaged hosting) from what I've seen. If you're saying that
you are thinking of discontinuing support for RH, I would think that's
a bad idea, as a *nixer building an in-house

you enter auto-response text when using Info Manager. You'd use direct
file editing to make this happen. I use it all the time with no ill
effects.
