As for the airfoil modeling software, there is one available online at http://beadec1.ea.bs.dlr.de/Airfoils/calcfoil.htm This doesn't use the Eppler or XFoil code, but conformal mapping to get the velocity distribution. I'm not sure exactly how accurate it is, but I use it for comparison
