Frankly, trophies/plaques, no not the kind on your teeth, are a joke! Dust
collectors. I say forget the plaques, double the entry fee, couple the
money spent on plaques with the additional money from higher entry fees and
fly for dough. If in additon to that you feel the need for some other

cant think of any 100 sailplane that came with a nose cone.
My guess is the guy damaged the original wing and made his own.

I hope no one considers this as a viable alternative. I fly in contests for

Hey look at the Davenport ISR, fly for cash and the attendance seems up
every year lately, even with the risk of carnage. What, contesting for
money doesnt mean you cant enjoy flying??? Ive got around 2k in each of my
open class planes, maybe even more for some of them, flying for some money
Excuse me, thats 70 to 105 dollars, not 70 to 115. Heck that even leaves
you 10 bucks left over for a Big Mac, shake and fries!

While doing some online shopping for my son who models armored vehicles, I

COOL, Jim you always find the good stuff online!

I've order quite a few batteries from Batteries America over the years. But
recently I've found other vendors that have a bit better service and faster
delivery. So I've moved on and Batteries America has kissed my business
goodbye.

I have had good service and products from them, but only with phone
transactions. Web orders and e-mail are ignored. I will probably try
another vendor next time around.
