The other day I got a call from my Hobby shop Bud, Don Tankersley. He tells me that a fella was selling out all his stuff, and that there was a plane in the bunch that I might be intrested in. He would not tell me any more... Sooo, I hot footed down the the hobby shop to take a look see.. And sure enough was I suprised. Standing in the corner was a Maestro Megan, MkIII I think. It was black and Yellow, a color scheme that I had used in the pre 80's on most of my planes. Pulled off the canopy and there was my name, and phone, for that time..what a hoot. A few cracks in the fuse, the wings in really good shape, top and Bottom spoilers, (neat idea then..but stupid) , but was missing the stabs. I gave him 50 bucks for the thing, I think I sold it back then for a couple of hundred...who Knows !!! At any rate, I am looking for a source of plans / drawings/ whatever so I can put this bird back in the air. This was my second HI Performance (right) airplane after the MPX Flamingo, or was it before... any help wouold be appreciated.
