Hey all you SWC campers-- Since the evenings at Phoenix are so quiet and boring (yeah, right!), how about all of the folks camping at the SouthWest Classic this year get together and put on a Chili Potluck on Friday evening. This would be a perfect way to showcase your culinary skills, add the essence of the southwest and get to meet everyone that we keep hearing from and about.
