I have been seeing the posts on receiving below 2.1 mHz, modifying a radio, etc. Last April I purchased an Elektor SDR, assembled and ready to use. Their cost is $139.60. I fought trying to get it work right and found the motherboard soundcards on the desktop and laptop I had didn't handle
