I developed Winrad up to version V1.33, then decided for a series of
reasons to stop its development, practically abandoning it.
At that point I released to the public its source code. That happened
in mid 2008.
s1.61 also open source? if so is 1.61 based off of the sourcode from your

As far as I know, they haven't released the source code of the
modifications done. I didn't release mine under the GPL licensing
