Many users have complained that Winrad V1.24 does not run under
Windows 98, so they are forced to use V1.23 which has an expiration
date set for May 31st, 2007
For those users I have prepared a special build of V1.23 with the
expiration limit removed.

I never could understand why an author would time-limit his program,
unless it was to limit a free demo period.
Big-time problem for all your users when you get hit by that
proverbial bus. Really, wouldn't you WANT your program to live forever?
