Looks interesting and it has a feature to retime the storyboards, not sure
if the other boards adjust accordingly, but worth a look. It's also in
free beta testing.

I use a combination if Celtx and Blender. I edit all storyboards in
Blender, but have the scripts and storyboard images (with description) in
Celtx.
The reason is mainly because they are both free, so regardless of where I
work I can use them (and they are available on all platforms). I never
RedBoard showed a lot of promise last time I saw it demoed, but their
pricing model (no seat limit, pay per minute) is very editorial oriented,
and on the higher end of budgets.
I can't say I see it working for people wanting to turn around something
that isn't well approved and in production
