Jimmy Gass helped out by writing ICE code to read in and re-interpolate
strand velocities for motion blur. I believe regular motion blur was fairly
linear and ugly without that.

This particular job was done on Fedora Core 11 but we have now switched to
CentOS 6.2. The version of Arnold was 4 something for this job, we are now
using 4.0.6.0.
