I have now merged branch schema-upgrade-0.2 to RELEASE-0.2. There is
now script
schema/spacewalk/spacewalk-schema-upgrade
there which is able to process SQL sources from
schema/spacewalk/upgrade/satellite-5.1-spacewalk-0.2
and feed it all to sqlplus, to upgrade the Spacewalk schema from 0.1
(actually, RHN Satellite 5.1.0 27) to Spacewalk 0.2. We will work with
Michael to have this packaged into an rpm, probably with some symlinks
to get correct naming of the directory, but if folks want to take
a look and comment on the approach, it will be appreciated.
Note -- the script will just execute those .sql script and commit any
changes, so have a backup ready.
