characters. In practice that's not needed.
The attached patch solves that by increasing it to 1024

Nack for two reasons:
- I believe cobbler cannot handle more

I'm not aware of such a limit and a quick test showed that at least 320
chars work :)

First time posting on this mailing list so hope I am asking the right question
at the right place. I have a couple of questions.
1. I know we can use pam authentication for ldap authentication and that is
great. How complex would the code have to get to be able to match the database
groups
