You may also need to switch off spamassassin for the domain.
Anyway, the spamdkye side is really simple.
Say you have the following in your spamdyke.conf
(some graylist options)
(other options)
dns-blacklist-entry=zen.spamhaus.org
dns-blacklist-entry=bl.spamcop.net
reject-empty-rdns
